		<description>This is my favorite! This was also my own personal challenge.  I have wrongfully been trained to expect instant/immediate reward and gratification-and when it does not happen I want out, or I quit. And not just in terms of "getting" but "giving" as well. What can begin feeling like a nightmare can end feeling like a fairytale; if you just hang in there.  When I finally learned this life lesson, I stopped running from myself and began to fly toward greatness. Thank you for this tool! I will use the caterpillar to remind me of the possibilities.</description>
